Biography:

Jennifer Weber is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Archer Daniels Midland. Prior to working with ADM, Weber worked with Lowes as their Chief Human Resources Officer from 2016-2020, Duke Energy as their Executive Vice President of External Affairs and Strategic Policy from 2008-2014 as well as their Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from 2014-2016, Scripps Networks Interactive and E.W. Scripps Company as their Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2005-2008 and Towers Watson as their Partner and Managing Principal from 1993-2005. Weber also serves as the Board Chair for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.
