John F. Lundgren

Mr. Lundgren was chief executive officer of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from March 2010 until his retirement in July 2016. He also served as chairman until December 2016. Previously, Mr. Lundgren served as chairman and chief executive officer of The Stanley Works from March 2004 until its merger with Black & Decker in March 2010. Prior to joining The Stanley Works, Mr. Lundgren served as president of European Consumer Products of Georgia-Pacific Corporation from January 2000 to February 2004. Mr. Lundgren serves as chairman of the board of Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.
