John M. Hinshaw

John M. Hinshaw joined the Board of Directors at Sysco in 2018. Mr. Hinshaw has served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of HSBC since 2019. Mr. Hinshaw has served as a Proprietor of Blackbird Vineyards since 2019 and a member of the Board of Directors at Illumio since 2018. Previously, Mr. Hinshaw serves on the Advisory Boards of the Diligent Corporation from 2018 to 2019 and Saama from 2017 to 2019 and was a member of the Board of Directors at BNY Mellon from 2014 to 2019 and at DocuSign from 2014 to 2020. Mr. Hinshaw served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Hewlett Packard from 2015 to 2016 and Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations from 2011 to 2015. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Hinshaw served as the Vice President and General Manager of Information Solutions at Boeing and Chief Information Officer from 2007 to 2010. Before joining Boeing, Mr. Hinshaw served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Verizon Wireless and Vice President of various management positions from 1993 to 2005.Mr. Hinshaw previously served on the board at the National Academy Foundation from 2012 to 2019.
