Kevin P. Hourican has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sysco since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hourican served as the Executive Vice President of CVS Health and President of CVS Pharmacy from 2018 to 2020 and Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Services and Supply Chain from 2016 to 2018 and Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Supply Chian from 2012 to 2016. Before his time at CVS, Mr. Hourican served as the Senior Vice President and Reginal Director of Stares in the Mid-Atlantic Region at Macy’s from 2009 to 2012 and Senior Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer Logistics from 2006 to 2009. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Hourican served as a Reginal Director of Stores at Sears and Director of Strategy from 2003 to 2004.

Bradley M. Halverson joined the Board of Directors at Sysco in 2016 and was appointed Lead Director in 2020 . He joined the Board of Directors at Lear in 2020 and Constellation Energy in 2022. Mr. Halverson served as the Group President of Financial Products & Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer of Caterpillar from 2013 to 2018. He held various financial positions from 1998 to 2012 including Corporate Controller and Vice President of Financial Services. Mr. Halverson served in general accounting roles and financial systems at Caterpillar from 1996 to 1998 and in financial reporting and planning consulting roles from 1993 to 1996. Before joining Caterpillar, Mr. Halverson worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and had previously served on the Board of Directors at Custom Truck One Sources. Mr. Halverson serves on the Board of Trustees at the Easterseals Central Illinois Foundation, and previously served on the boards at the St. Francis Medical Center Community Foundation and the Executive Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
