Kim K.W. Rucker

Kim K.W. Rucker has served on the Board of Directors of Marathon Petroleum since 2018 and HP since 2021. Ms. Rucker has also served on the Board of Directors at Celanese Corporation since 2018 and Lennox International, Inc. since 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Ms. Rucker served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Andeavor and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Tesoro Logistics GP, LLC. Ms. Rucker served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kraft Foods Group, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Before her time at Kraft, Ms. Rucker served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Avon from 2008 to 2012 adding Corporate Secretary to her responsibilities in 2009. From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Rucker served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer of Energy Future Holdings Corp. Ms. Rucker currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Johns Hopkins Medicine and the Board of Directors at Haven for Hope.
