Kleber R. Santos

Kleber R. Santos has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Lending at Wells Fargo since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Santos served as the Head of Diverse Segment, Representation, and Inclusion at Wells Fargo from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Santo served as the President of Retail & Direct Bank at Capital One from 2017 to 2020 and Executive Vice President of Capital One’s consumer bank from 2014 to 2017 and in various other executive positions from 2006 to 2014. Mr. Santos served as an Associate and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Santos has served as a Trustee at the Washington International School since 2017.
