Kristy Fercho

Kristy Fercho has served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Diverse Segment, Representation, and Inclusion at Wells Fargo since 2022 and Head of Home Lending from August 2020 to May 2023. Before joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Fercho served as the President of Mortgage at Flagstar Bank from 2017 to 2020. Ms. Fercho served as the Senior Vice President of Single Family Business at Fannie Mae from 2016 to 2017 and Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement from 2007 to 2015 and Vice President of Human Resources from 2002 to 2007. Ms. Fercho served as the Director of Worldwide Corporate Human Resources at PepsiCo from 1999 to 2002 and Director of Human Resources from 1994 to 1999 and was a Sales and Human Resource Manager at Baxter International from 1988 to 1994. Ms. Fercho has served on the Board of Trustees at St. Joseph’s University since 2020 and a Director at Mortgage Bankers Association since 2017. Ms. Fercho also serves as a Trustee at the National Urban League, is a Board Member at Opens Doors Foundation and the Wells Fargo Foundation.
