Larry C. Glasscock

Larry C. Glasscock joined the Board of Directors at Sysco in 2010. Mr. Glasscock has also served as the Lead Independent Director at Simon Property Group since 2012 and has served on the Board of Directors at Zimmer Biomet Holdings since 2001 and as Non-Executive Chairman since 2013. Mr. Glasscock served as the Chairman of WellPoint from 2005 to 2010 and President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2007. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Glasscock served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Glasscock was previously the Chief Operating Officer of CareFirst, President and Chief Executive Officer of Group Hospitalization and Medical Services, President and Chief Operating Officer of First American Bank, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Essex Holdings.
