Lei Zhang Schlitz

Lei Schlitz has been a Board Member for ADM since 2019 and the Vice President and President, Global Products for Johnson Controls since 2022. Prior to this, she worked for ITW as their Executive VP, ITW Automotive OEM Segment from 2020-2022, their Executive VP, ITW Food Equipment Segment from 2015-2020, their Group President, Global Ware, Wash and Refrigeration Business and Food Equipment Asia Pacific from 2014-2015, their Group President, Worldwide Refrigeration & weigh Wrap Businesses, Food Equipment Group from 2011-2013 and their Vice President, ITW Technology Center from 2008-2011. Before working with ITW, she worked for Siemens Energy & Automation as a Business Manger from 2006-2008 and Director of Engineering from 2001-2006 as well as working with GE as a Program Manager from 1998-2001. She also worked with Eaton Corporation as a Research Engineer from 1994-1998.

Schlitz is also a member of the Society of Women Engineers.
