"And then making things like public commitments on inclusion and diversity for us, it was supporting a lot of the causes after George Floyd's murder around supporting our black communities and ensuring we were investing in black businesses and ensuring that there was legal justice done in cases that people have been experiencing as an example. So those things are very concrete. You go from a business goal to now, okay, a society has to be well and thrive and then the planet has to be well and thrive. And we set very clear sustainability goals. For example, one goal we set was to reduce 50% of the virgin plastic and fiber packaging we have by 2030.
