Biography:

Lip-Bu Tan joined Intel’s Board of Directors in September 2022. He has also served as Founding Managing Partner for Walden Catalyst Ventures since January 2020 and at Celesta Capital since December 2021. Mr. Tan has served as Chairman of the Board at Artera.ai since April 2022; Greenstone Biosciences since May 2022; Credo since January 2022 (he has been a Board Member since October 2015); SambaNova Systems since May 2018; and Walden International since 1984. He has served on the Board of Directors for Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services since April 2019 and Green Hills Software from March 2019.
