Maryann T. Mannen

Maryann T. Mannen has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Marathon Petroleum and has been a member of the Board of Directors at MPLX GP LLC since 2021. Ms. Mannen has also served on the Board of Directors at Owens Corning since 2014. From 2017 to 2021, Ms. Mannen served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TechnipFMC. Ms. Manner served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC Technologies from 2011 to 2017 and Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2010 to 2011 and Vice President of Administration from 2007 to 2010 and in various other roles from 1986 to 2007. Ms. Manner has been a member of the CNBC CFO Council since 2022, serves on the Board of Trustees at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, and is a member of the Board of Directors at The Awty International School.
