Matt Poirier

Matt Poirier joined Intel Corporation as their Senior Vice President of Corporate Development in May 2022. He has also served as Chairman for IMS Nanofabrication Global, LLC since August 2023. Prior to this Mr. Poirier was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Advanced Micro Devices Inc. from February 2022 to May 2022; Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Xilinx from April 2018 to February 2022; Executive Director of Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from June 2014 to April 2018; Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch from July 2008 to June 2014; a Summer Associate at TSG Equity Partners from July 2007 to September 2007; and Manager at McMaster-Car from September 2005 to September 2007. He began his career as a Lieutenant of the US Navy from May 1999 to August 2005.
