Meg G. Crofton

Meg G. Crofton joined the Board of Directors at HCA Healthcare in 2019. Ms. Crofton has also served on the Board of Directors at Cracker Barrel since 2017 and Tupperware Brands since 2016. Ms. Crofton served as the President of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Operation, U.S. & France from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Crofton served as the President of Walt Disney World Resort from 2006 to 2013 and Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts from 2002 to 2006 and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Improvement at Walt Disney World from 1996 to 2002 and Vice President of Human Resource Development, Guest Satisfaction & Cast Excellence Measurement at Walt Disney World from 1995 to 1996 and Vice President of Resort Operations at Walt Disney World from 1993 to 1995. Ms. Crofton served as Director of Resort Conventions Sales & Account Services at Walt Disney World Resort from 1992 to 1993 and Task Force Leader of Disneyland Paris in 1992 and Director of Human Resource Development and Administration at Disney from 1987 to 1992. Ms. Crofton served as a Trustee at the University of Central Florida from 2011 to 2013, was an Executive Committee Member at the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts from 2010 to 2011, was a member of the board at the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness from 2008 to 2011, Chair and member of the board at the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission from 2006 to 2012, a board member of Orlando Health from 2006 to 2011, and was a board member at Rollins College from 2000 to 2009.
