Michael J. Burns

Michael J. Burns has been a member of the Board of Directors for UPS since 2005 and serves on the Audit Committee. Prior to that, Burns worked for Dana Incorporated as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President from 2004-2008. Before that, he worked as President of GM Europe from 1998-2004. He was also a member of the GM Automotive Strategy Board.
