Michael W. Michelson

Michael W. Michelson was a Senior Advisory Partner of KKR & Co. L.P. from January 2018 to the end of 2019. From 2009 to 2018, he was a member of KKR Management LLC, a private equity investment manager and the general partner of KKR & Co. L.P. Before that, Mr. Michelson was a member of the limited liability company which served as the general partner of KKR & Co. L.P. from 1996 to 2009. Prior to that, he was a general partner of KKR & Co. L.P. Mr. Michelson previously served as a director of the Company from 2006 to 2016. He has been a director of Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. since 2007 and is a Minority Owner of the Philadelphia Eagles.
