Mike Amend

Mike Amend became Chief Enterprise Technology Officer for Ford Motor Company in September 2021. He has served as a Board Member for London Life/Great-West Lifeco Inc. since May 2018, for Ford Credit since December 2022, for Total Primary Care since July 2016, for Action IQ since April 2018, and for talentsky since June 2015. Previously, Mr. Amend worked as President over Online for Lowe’s from December 2018 to September 2021. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for CommerceHub from June 2018 to December 2018. From August 2015 to March 2018, Mr. Amend was the Executive Vice President of Omnichannel for JCPenny. Prior to his time at JCPenny, he was the Vice President of Online for The Home Depot from June 2011 to August 2015. Mr. Amend has also worked as the Chief Technology Officer of Global Online for Dell Technologies from April 2008 to July 2011. From August 2003 to April 2008, he was the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for BEA Systems. Mr. Amend began his career as the Chief Architect of eCommerce for Sprint from May 1999 to August 2003. He served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Texas Baptist Children’s Home from December 2013 to September 2022.
