Molly R. Benson

Molly R. Benson has served as the Vice President and Chief of Securities, Governance, & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Marathon Petroleum and MPLX GP LLC since 2016. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Benson served as the Assistant General Counsel of Law, Corporate, and Finance from at Marathon Petroleum from 2011 to 2016 and Group Counsel of Marathon Oil Corporation from 2010 to 2011 and Senior Attorney of Downstream Business from 2006 to 2010 and Operations Attorney from 2003 to 2006 and Government Affairs Manager from 2001 to 2003 and as a Tax Attorney from 1998 to 2001. Ms. Benson serves on the Board of Counselors at the University of Findlay and is a member of the Board of Directors at the Hancock Properties Foundation.
