Paulo Peereboom

Paulo Peereboom has served as the Executive Vice President and President of Foodservice Operations International at Sysco since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Peereboom served as the Chief Executive Officer of Makro Nederland in 2022 and Chief Financial Officer of Makro Cash & Carry from 2018 to 2022 and served in various executive positions at Pick n Pay from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Peereboom served as the Senior Vice President of Simplicity, M&A, and Corporate Centre at Ahold Delhaize from 2012 to 2014 and Senior Vice President of Store Operations from 2011 to 2014. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Peereboom served as the Vice President of Commerce at ICA Norge AS and General Manager of Rimi Baltic Lithuania from 2006 to 2008 and Vice President of Central Sourcing from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Peereboom served as the Market Logistics Manager at Mars Iberia from 2002 to 2003 and Supply Chain Director of Jerónimo Martins from 2000 to 2002 and Senior Supply Chain Manger from 1997 to 2000 and In-Bound Logistics Manager in 1996. Mr. Peereboom served as an Advisor at Food Forward, Food Bank South Africa from 2014 to 2017, and has served as an Advisor at the Portuguese Diaspora since 2015 and was an Advisor to the President of the Lithuanian Republic from 2006 to 2008.
