Perry M. Traquina

Perry M. Traquina has been on the Board of Directors for Morgan Stanley since May 2015. In addition to being on the board for Morgan Stanley, Mr. Traquina has served on the board of the Allstate Corporation since 2016 and eBay Inc. since 2015. Prior to this he was Chairman of Wellington Management Company LLP from 2004 to December 2014; Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to June 2014; President from 2002 to 2004; and Partner, Senior Vice President, and Director of Global Research from 1998 to 2002. He first joined Wellington in 1980. Mr. Traquina serves on the Board of Directors for Brandeis University, The Winsor School, and the Steppingstone Foundation.
