R.A. Walker

Kelvin R. Westbrook joined ADM’s board of directors in November 2003. He serves as chair of the compensation and succession committee and as a member of the executive, and the nominating and corporate governance committees. Kelvin R. Westbrook is the President & CEO of KRW Advisors. Prior to his role with KRW, Westbrook worked with Millenium Digital Media Systems as their Chairman & Chief Strategic Officer from 2006-2007 as well as their President & CEO from 1997-2006, with LEB Communications as their President & Chairman from 1993-1996 as well as working with Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker from 1990-1993. Westbrook serves as a director of several public companies, including Camden Property Trust (Lead Trust Manager); The Mosaic Company, where he serves as chair of the nominating/corporate governance committee and a member of the sustainability/corporate responsibility committee and T-Mobile US, Inc., where he serves as chair of the compensation/succession committee and member of the transaction committee. In addition, he serves on the boards of BJC HealthCare (Chairman) and the St. Louis Internship Program. He also serves on the Washington University School of Medicine National Council and the Advisory Board of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He previously served on the boards of Angelia Corporation, Stifel Financial Corp., the National Cable Satellite Corporation (C-SPAN), St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and The Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis (The Muny).
