Rick D. Hessling

Rick D. Hessling has served as the Senior Vice President of Global Feedstocks at Marathon Petroleum since 2020 and Senior Vice President of MPLX GP LLC since 2018. Prior to these appointment, Mr. Hessling served as the Senior Vice President of Crude Oil Supply & Logistics at Marathon from 2018 to 2020 and Manager of Crude Oil & Natural Gas Supply & Trading Manager from 2013 to 2018 and Manager of Crude Logistics & Analysis from 2011 to 2013. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Hessling served as the Southern District Manager of Marathon and Distillate Pricing Manager from 2004 to 2005 and Marketing Coordinating Manger from 2002 to 2004 and Domestic Spot Crude Oil Trader from 2001 to 2002 and Midwest Exchange Negotiator from 2000 to 2001 and various other leadership positions from 1990 to 2000.
