Ron Phillips

Ron Phillips has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Human Resource Officer of Sysco since 2021. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Phillips served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Retail and Omnicare at CVS Health from 2018 to 2021 and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Retail and Enterprise Modernization from 2018 to 2020. Before joining CVS, Mr. Phillips served as the Chief People Officer at Carnival Cruise Line from 2015 to 2018 and Chief Human Resource Officer of New York Presbyterian Healthcare Systems from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Phillips served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources from at Comcast from 2009 to 2012 and Divisional Vice President of Human Resources from 2007 to 2009 and Reginal Vice President of Human Resources from 2004 to 2007. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Phillips served as the Senior Human Resource Manager of Ryder Systems and Division Director of Human Resources at McDonald’s Corporation from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Phillips has served on the Board of Directors at Make-A-Wish America since 2017 and Make-A-Wish Foundation since 2012, and is a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Club of America.
