Susan L. Decker

Susan L. Decker became a board member of Berkshire Hathaway in 2007. Ms. Decker founded Raftr in 2018 and is the CEO of the company. Ms. Decker has also been a director on the board of Chime since 2021, Automattic since 2020, Vox Media since 2016, Vail Resorts since 2015 and Costco since 2004. Ms. Decker previously served on the board of Yahoo! from 2007 to 2009 and was the Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2007. From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Decker served on the board of Pixar Animation Studio and was a director on the board at Intel corporation from 2006 to 2016. Ms. Decker was a member of the board at LegalZoom from 2010 to 2014 and Movement Global from 2017 to 2023. Ms. Decker began her professional career in 1986 at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as a Equity Research Analyst and ended her time there in 2000 as a Director of Global Research. Ms. Decker previously served on the boards of multiple non-profits including Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, Save The Children, Marin County Day School, San Francisco University High School, and University of Denver.
