Susan Tomasky

Susan Tomasky has served on the Board of Directors at Marathon Petroleum since 2018. Ms. Tomasky has also served on the Board of Directors at Fidelity Equity and High-Income Mutual Funds since 2020, amd Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. since 2012 and Lead Director since 2022. From 2012 to 2018, Ms. Tomasky served on the Board of Directors at Summit Midstream Partners GP, LLC and served on the Board of Directors at Andeavor from 2011 to 2018 and was the Lead Director from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Tomasky served as the President of AEP Transmission from 2008 to 2011 and Executive Vice President of Shared Services at American Electric Power Company from 2006 to 2008 and Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2006 and in Various executive officer positions at American Electric Power Co., including Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 1998 to 2001. From 1993 to 1997, Ms. Tomasky served as the General Counsel of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Ms. Tomasky sits on the Board of Trustees at Kenyon College and previously served on the Board of Directors at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
