Tom Rodgers

Tom Rogers became the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Business Development Officer for McKesson in June 2020 and also serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for McKesson Ventures, a role he has held since September 2014. From January 2019 to June 2020, he served as a Board Observer for hims & hers and from January 2018 to June 2020 he served as a Board Member at Pharmapacks.com and a Board Observer at Aetion. Previously, Mr. Rogers served as a Board Observer for Accolade, Inc. from 2017 to June 2020, for Kyruus from 2017 to June 2020, for GRAIL from 2018 to 2020, and as a Board Member for Carena Health (AmWell) from 2016 to 2020. He was also part of the California Health Care Foundation Advisory Board from January 2016 to March 2020 and a Board Trustee for Live Oak School from August 2015 to June 2019. Prior to his time at McKesson, Mr. Rogers was the Director of Strategic Investments for Cambia Health Solutions from May 2012 to September 2014. Before that, he served as a Partner at Advanced Technology Ventures from December 2004 to June 2012, as a Board Member at Helixis from 2007 to 2010, and as a Board Member at Aperio from 2005 to 2012. From December 2001 to November 2004, Mr. Rogers served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for McKesson. Prior to his original time at McKesson, he was the Healthcare Director at FitLinxx from May 1997 to August 2000 and Strategic Planning Manager at Genetech from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Rogers began his career as a Consultant at The Wilkerson Group, which was purchased by IBM in 1995. He also has experience at Zeltia and OncoHealth.
