WIlliam M. Daley

William M. Daley has served as the Vice Chairman of Public Affairs at Wells Fargo since 2019. Daley is affiliated with organizations such as Abbot, Boeing, Merck, JP Morgan Chase and SBC Communication. Daley’s political affiliations ran for Mayor of Chicago, ran for Governor of Illinois, was a member of the advisory board of the Obama-Biden Transition Project, and he served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce, under the Clinton Administration. Daley has served on the Global Board of Advisors at Operation HOPE, Inc., is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Daley is a Director at the Chicago Council of Global Affairs and Third Way, and is a member of the Council of Foreign Affairs. Daley earned his B.A. from Loyola University Chicago, J.D. from John Marshall Law School.
