Earthlink has not publicly fired customers, suppliers, or vendors based on political views or religious beliefs. Earthlink’s Acceptable Use Policy prohibits “Uploading, posting, publishing, or transmitting any material that (i) threatens, harasses, defames, or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property of an individual or a group, including on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, national origin, gender or gender identity, race, religion, or sexual orientation, or (ii) espouses or promotes racism or bigotry” (1).
Charitable giving (including employee matching programs) policies or practices discriminate against charitable organizations based on views or religious beliefs.
Earthlink does not discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving. Earthlink supports “technology growth and improving access to education” and donates time and talent to organizations in the local community (1). Earthlink does not have an employee matching program at this time (2).

Earthlink has no known instances of using corporate reputation to advance ideological causes or policies.
