However, Gab's CEO Andrew Torba has used the app to make anti-Semitic claims, and official Gab corporate accounts have directly promoted QAnon sources and phrases. Torba and Gab have also made statements in support of the riots on January 6, 2021, saying “in a system with rigged elections there are no longer any viable political solutions,” and posted “would be a real shame if the people outside stormed the Senate” before the clash with police began (2). The official Gab account on Twitter has also shared direct quotes from QAnon (3)(4).
