Navient, a leading financial technology and education finance company, vets vendors for LGBTQ policies and does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees. However, the company has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. The company covers the cost of "medically necessary transition-related care” for its employees and their children. The company signed an open letter in support of the Equality Act and has donated to the Equality PAC. However, it does not appear to discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving. For these reasons, Navient receives a Medium Risk rating.

Navient does not appear to discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving. The Navient Community Fund supports organizations that address the root causes limiting financial success (1).
