Northwell Health, named an Equality Leader by the Human Rights Campaign, covers gender affirming care and pledges to vet vendors according to LGBTQ policy. The company does not protect its employees against viewpoint discrimination and its CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge. Northwell Health uses its corporate reputation and funds to advance ideological purposes and is a partner of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). For these reasons, Northwell Health receives a High Risk rating.

The Northwell Health System promotes LGBTQIA+ activism and engagement, including for minors, and speaks out against state laws that prevent transgender work on minors (4)(5).
