While Qualtrics has not terminated business relationships due to ideological beliefs, it has pledged to vet suppliers according to ideological beliefs in the future. Qualtrics does not have viewpoint protections for its employees. Qualtrics has mandatory unconscious bias training for employees, covers travel for abortion, and encourages its customers to donate to ideological groups hostile to freedom of expression, such as Black Lives Matter (BLM). For these reasons, Qualtrics receives a "Medium Risk" rating.

Qualtrics made a direct donation of $100,000 to BLM and matched all employee donations to the organization for a three-month span in 2020 (1). After Roe v. Wade was overturned, Qualtrics announced that it would expand its medical benefits to cover up to $4,000 per employee in abortion-related travel expenses (2).
