Qualtrics made a direct donation of $100,000 to BLM and matched all employee donations to the organization for a three-month span in 2020 (1). After Roe v. Wade was overturned, Qualtrics announced that it would expand its medical benefits to cover up to $4,000 per employee in abortion-related travel expenses (2). Qualtrics has scored a 95 on the HRC’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index. This score indicates the company covers the cost of “medically necessary transition-related care” for its employees and their children (3)(4).
