SAIC uses its reputation, corporate funds, and political influence to support controversial sex and gender ideologies, organizations, and legislation. The company requires all its employees complete unconscious bias training. The company was among the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index.
