Veronica L. Braker has served ADM as the Sr. VP of Global Operations as well as the VP of Global Operational Excellence since 2019. She has also been a volunteer with Red Brick – Detroit since 2015 and Life Remodeled since 2015 as well as on the Women in Food and Agriculture Advisory Board and the National Association of Manufacturers Board of Directors. Veronica has also worked with BASF as their VP of Operations – Performance Materials since 2017 and their Head of Operations for North America – Performance Materials since 2014. She also served as a previous Manufacturing Manager for BASF from 2011-2014. She worked for Flint Hills Resources as a Site Manager from 2010-2011; Operations Manager from 2009-2010 and a Staff Process Engineer from 2008-2009. Previous to her roles with Flint, Veronica worked for GE as a Lexan Plant Manager from 2003-2005, a Phenol Operations Manager from 2002-2003, a HPP Global Quality Leader from 2001-2002, a HPP Master Black Belt February 2001 to September 2001, a Cycoloy Materials and Logistics Manager 1999-2001, a Lexan Business Quality Black Belt from June 1999 to September 1999, a Manufacturing Black Belt from 1997-1999 and an Ultem Process Engineer from 1996-1997. She worked as a Production and Quality Manager with The Clorox Company from 1995-1996. She first worked with Milliken & Company as a Plastics Process Engineer from 1994-1995, a Colorant Process Engineer from 1993-1994 and a Quality Manager from 1992-1993
