Anne Gates

Anne Gates joined the Board of Directors at Kroger in 2015. Ms. Gates is also serving on the board at Tapestry, Cynosure, and Raymond James Financial, where she servs as the Chair of the Corporate Governance and ESG committee. Ms. Gates served as the President of MGA Entertainment from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Gates worked at The Walt Disney Company in various roles ranging from Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Products to Senior Vice President of Operations, Planning, and Analysis from 1991 to 2012. Ms. Gates also worked at PepsiCo and Bear Stearns prior to her time at The Walt Disney Company. Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Gates has served as a Director at Save the Children Foundation since 2023, a Director at the university of California, Berkeley Foundation, a Director at the Packard Foundation, and a Director at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science and Columbia University.
