Biography:
Anthony Moon has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Fannie Mae since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Moon served as the Chief Risk Officer of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley from 2015 to 2022. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Moon served as the Chief Operating Officer of GE Capital from 2014 to 2015 and Managing Director and Global Head Financial Institute and Sovereign Credit from 2020 to 2014. From 1999 to 2010, Mr. Moon served as the Chief Risk Officer of bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and was a managing Directo at Bankers Trust from 1987 to 1999.
