Charles T. Munger

Charles T. Munger became a Director and Vice Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway in 1978. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Munger was the chairman of Wesco Financial Corporation from 1984 to 2017, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Mr. Munger was also a current board member of Costco Wholesale Corporation and had been since 1997. Mr. Munger started his career as a Lawyer at his own firm, Munger, Tolles & Olson. Mr. Munger also served on the Board of Trustees at Harvard-westlake School for over 40 years.
