Cheryl W. Grise

Cheryl W. Grise joined the Board of Directors at MetLife in 2004 and Dollar Tree in 2022. Ms. Grise has also served on the board of Directors at ICF since 2012 and Plute Group since 2008. Previously, Ms. Served on the Board of Directors at Pall Corporation from 2007 to 2015, and Dana Holdings Corporation 2002 to 2008. Ms. Grise has a 27 year career at Northeast Utilities serving as Executive Vice President from 2005 to 2007 and Chief Executive Officer of Principle operating Subsidiaries from 2002 to 2007 and President of Utility Group from 2001 to 2005 and Senior Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel from 1998 to 2001 and Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from 1995 to 1998. Ms. Grise serves as a Trustee Emeritus at the University of Connecticut Foundation and the Kingswood-Oxford School.
