Dave Bozeman

Dave Bozeman became the Chief Executive Officer at C. H. Robinson in June 2023. Before that, he worked at Ford as Vice President of Ford Customer Services Division and Enthusiast Brands from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior to his time at Ford, Mr. Bozeman was Vice President of Amazon Transportation Services from February 2017 to August 2022. He also worked at Caterpillar Inc. for 8 years, as Senior Vice President from May 2013 to February 2017, as Vice President of the Integrated Manufacturing Division from June 2010 to May 2013, as Vice President of Core Components Division from July 2009 to June 2010, and as General Manager from September 2008 to July 2009. During that time, Mr. Bozeman was on the Board of Directors for Weyerhaeuser from 2015 to 2017. Before his time at Caterpillar, he was at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, as Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing from April 2007 to September 2008, as Vice President and General Manager of Powertrain Operations from March 2004 to April 2007, and in various management positions from January 1992 to March 2004. In the past, Mr. Bozeman served on the Boards for Bradley University, for the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation, and for the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Education Foundation.
