Biography:
David B. Burritt joined the Lockheed Martin Board of Directors in April 2008. He is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Board Member of United States Steel Corporation (U.S. Steel) since May 2017. Previously he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at U.S. Steel from February 2017 to May 2017; Chief Financial Officer from September 2013 to May 2017; and Executive Vice President from September 2013 to February 2017. Before joining U.S. Steel, Mr. Burritt worked for Caterpillar Inc. for 32 years, serving as Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2010. He serves on the Executive Committee of The World Steel Association and is a Board Member for the National Safety Council.
