Edward D. Breen

Edward D. Breen joined the Board of Directors at Comcast in 2014 and has served as the Executive Chairman of DuPont de Nemours since 2019 and Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Breen served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of DowDuPont from 2015 to 2019. Before joining DuPont, Mr. Breen served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tyco International from 2002 to 2012 and Chairman until 2016. In 2002, Mr. Breen served as the Chief Operating Officer of Motorola and served in various leadership roles from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Breen served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of General Instruments Corporation from 1997 to 2000. Since 2021, Mr. Breen has served on the Board of Directors at International Flavor & Fragrance, Inc. Mr. Breen is a member of the Board of Trustees at Grove City College, Lebanon Valley College, and The Hunt School of Princeton.
