Edward J. Kelly, III

Edward J. Kelly, III joined the Board of Directors at MetLife in 2015, Dollar Tree in 2022, and Citizens Financial Group in 2019. Mr. Kelly served on the Board of Directors at XL Group from 2014 to 2018 and as the Chairman of Instructional Clients Group at Citigroup from 2011 to 2014 and Chairman of Global Banking from 2010 to 2011 and Vice Chairman from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Kelly served as the Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup in 2009 and Head of Global Banking from 2008 to 2009 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Citi Alternative Investment in 2008. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Kelly served as Managing Director of The Carlyle Group and in various executive roles at PNC from 2001 to 2007 and JP Morgan Chase from 1994 to 2001. Mr. Kelly began his career as a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1988 to 1994.
