That said, we have a lot of work to do, and I think the Black Lives Matter movement has really highlighted so much of bias that we may not know we have, but also just so much opportunity out there that with a concerted effort and with a focus, that we can actually really move the needle in a meaningful way.

I think the more acute issue, personally is pilots and tech is the lack of diversity. And that is something that has not significantly and meaningfully improved in the last decade. Less than 5% of pilots are women, less than 3% of technicians are women. And similar statistics for persons of color in those groups a little bit better in tech than pilots.

"That's been a big push for there's an industry wide goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2050. What's jeff blue doing to hit that? Yeah. So our goal is net zero by 2040. So we're trying to sort of the industry commitment a few things."
