Judith Marks

Judith Marks joined the Board of Directors at Caterpillar, Inc. in March 2023. From 2016 to 2020, Ms. Marks served on the Board of Directors at Hubbell Incorporated. Ms. Marks has served as the Chair of Otis Worldwide Corporation since 2022 and Chief Executive Officer since 2019 and President since 2017. Prior to joining Otis, Ms. Marks served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dresser-Rand Group in 2017 and Executive Vice President of New Equipment Solutions from 2016 to 2017 ad Executive vice President of Global Solutions from 2015 to 2016. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Marks served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Government Technologies. Before her time at Siemens, Ms. Marks serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development in Electronic Systems at Lockheed Martin from 2009 to 2011 and President of Transportation & Security Solutions and President of Information Systems & Global Services from 2005 to 2009 and President of Distribution Technologies Divisions from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Marks has been a member of the US-India CEO Forum since 2022, a board member at AdvanceCT since 2021, and a member of the Business Roundtable since 2021. From 2013 to 2017, Ms. Mark served on the board of the Siemens Foundation and was a member of the Board of Visitors at the University of Maryland College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences from 2010 to 2019.
