Karen M. Hoguet

Karen M. Hoguet joined the Board of Directors of Kroger in 2019. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Hoguet served as the Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Macy’s from 2018 to 2019 and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2018 and Senior Vice President of Planning from 1991 to 1997 and served in multiple other leadership roles from 1985 to 1991. Ms. Hoguet previously served on the Board of Directors at Nielsen Holdings, The Chubb, Cincinnati Bell, Cincinnati USA Reginal Chamber of Commerce, and TNC CV. Ms. Hoguet currently serves on the board at UC Health, and previously served on the board at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Commerce and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.
