Karen W. Katz

Karen W. Katz joined the Board of Directors of Humana in 2019. Ms. Katz has served on the Board of Directors at Rokt since 2022, The RealReal since 2021, and Under Armour since 2014. Ms. Katz most recently served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Intermix in 2022 and previously served on the Board of Directors at P448 and Casper from 2019 to 2022. Ms. Katz served as a board member at Meiman Marcus Group from 2018 to 2020 and Chief Executive Officer and President from 2010 to 2018. From 1985 to 2010, Ms. Katz served in key executive and leadership roles in the company’s merchant, stores and eCommerce organizations as Executive Vice President of Stores, a member of the Office of the Chairman of Neiman Marcus Group, and President of Neiman Marcus Online, and President and CEO of Neiman Marcus Stores. Mr. Katz previously served as the Board Chair of Perot Museum of Nature and Science from 2020 to 2022.
