Kate Johnson

Kate Johnson has been the CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors for Lumen Technologies since 2022 and a Board Member for UPS since 2020. Johnson also serves on the Risk and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees for UPS. She also volunteered as an Advisory Board Member, Wharton Customer Analytics for the Wharton School from 2020-2021 and as a Member of the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest University School of Business from 2017-2020. Prior to these roles Johnson worked for Microsoft as their President from 2017-2021, for GE as their Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer GE Digital, from 2016-2017, Chief Executive Officer GE Intelligent Platforms Software from 2015-2016 and Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer from 2013-2015, for Oracle as SVP, North America Technology and Government Consulting from 2007-2013, for Red Hat as their VP, Global Services and Strategic Accounts from 2004-2007, for UBS Investment Bank as their Managing Director from 2000-2004 as well as Deloitte Consulting as their Senior Manager from 1993-1999.
