Biography:
Kathryn D. Karol has served as the Senior Vice President of Global Government and Corporate Affairs at Caterpillar since 2012. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Ms. Karol served as the Vice President of Global Government Affairs and International Corporate Affairs at Amgen from 2006 to 2012 and served as the Executive Director of Global Government and Corporate Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company from 1994 to 2006. Ms. Karol has served on the Executive Committee at Freedom House since 2002 and the Board of Directors at The Economic Club of Washington D.C. Previously, Ms. Karol served on the board at St. Stephens & St. Agnes School from 2004 to 2010.
