Kathryn McLay

Kathryn McLay became the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sam’s Club in November 2019. Prior to this appointment, Ms. McLay served as the Executive Vice President of Neighborhood Markets for the Walmart U.S. from February 2019 to November 2019. Ms. McLay also served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Walmart U.S. from 2016 to 2019 and Vice President of strategy for Walmart U.S. from 2015 to 2016. Before Joining Walmart, Ms. McLay worked at Woolworths Limited as a General Manager in several departments from 2008 to 2015 and worked as an Auditor and Head of Audit from 2001 to 2009. From 1992 to 2001, Ms. McLay worked in both internal and external audit for Deloitte and Qantas Airlines.
