Kristen Ludgate

Kristen Ludgate has served as HP Inc.’s Chief People Officer since July 2021. Before joining HP she served as 3M’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from July 2018 to June 2021; Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications and Enterprise Services from January 2018 to June 2018; Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Business Operations from April 2017 to December 2017; Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer from April 2015 to April 2017; Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Labor and Employment/HR Legal Team from July 2010 to March 2015; and Senior Counsel from November 2008 to June 2010. Previously Ms. Ludgate was Vice President and General Counsel for Hamline University from February 2008 to October 2008; Counsel for 3M from April 2005 to February 2008; Attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP from March 2004 to April 2005; Counsel at 3M from December 2002 to March 2004; and an attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP from September 1998 to November 2002.
